Mindfulness vs. stress
Life keeps getting busier and more demanding and stress is an inevitable consequence of that. It is not likely that this will change any time soon, so learning how to manage stress is essential if you want to be healthy and fully enjoy life.
The mindfulness material we live by and teach is non spiritual and has it’s basis in scientific research. In the course we explain to the participants the basics of how the brain work and the mechanisms of stress. Then we continue by explaining what mindfulness is and how it effectively reduces stress. We tech and practise a series of practical mindfulness techniques that are designed to calm the mind, process emotions, increase productivity and happiness.
The techniques are simple and quick. The key to mindfulness isn’t to practise for long periods of time but rather create a doable daily practise that can be done ‘on the go’.
