Being a parent is perhaps our most important and most difficult job ever and Chantal believes there is a great need for honest and non-judgemental parenting conversations and she has a passion for teaching others the stress reducing, parenting techniques she uses on a daily basis.

Shirley is one of New Zealand’s leading mindful parenting teachers. She is passionate about helping parents take control of their stress and transform their families to become stronger and more connected using research-based mindfulness techniques that have transformed her own family life.

DEANNA WHARTON

BSc in Psychology, Mindful parenting course facilitator and mother of 2.

Deanna’s unique journey to mindful parenting and knowledge of psychology makes her the perfect course facilitator. She is on a mission to help parents take control of their stress and mental health and become the parents they want to be.

TAMSIN NORMAN

BA in Psychology, Life and wellbeing coach, Mindful parenting course facilitator and mother of 1.

Tamsin is passionate about mindful parenting and sharing the RYM mindful parenting strategies that have greatly benefitted her family dynamics with other parents and caregivers to equip them to reduce parenting stress and build strong connections with their children.

GABRIELLE FINDLAY

MA in Psychology (reg British Psychological Soc), Executive Coach (EMCC EQA), Mindful parenting course facilitator and mother of 2.

Gabrielle loves the RYM Mindful parenting strategies that are so practical and applicable to everyday life with children. She uses her psychology, coaching and mindfulness skills to helps parents harness the power of mindfulness and CBT for themselves and their families.
